Undulation Rope Workout : Pull Squat Press Exercise for Rope Undulation Workout


RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village,
my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City and I’m going
to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation. Okay, now I’m going to talk to you about some
other uses for the ropes. Now, I’m going to actually adapt this long rope to something
that we use–you’ll see on my site called “outlaw ropes,” okay? It’s a shorter six foot
rope and you can use it with the kettlebell. What that does, it allows you to make sure
you’re swinging the kettlebell using your hamstrings and your glutes and not overly
working the back. So basically, I move one of the ropes away. I take the other one and
I loop it through the kettlebell. And from this position, what I’m going to do now is
swing, do a true kettlebell swing. And what this does, doesn’t allow you to overuse the
back. And if you look at the way I’m going, if the rope were not taunt, that means I’m
not doing it correctly.
